Of course the lightest options would be glue on, which I know you're not wanting.
I grabbed a set of Brazin Scale's delrin wheels a while back for a Sherpa build, they were pretty light for a beadlock though they need hubs and rings so its a bit pricey.

The Element plastic beadlocks are all good choices, and the center hub can be upgraded to aluminum or (not applicable in your situation) brass.
