Lifted scx10 help

Is there any way to use 120mm shocks on an scx10? I've tried it and the driveshaft angle is too extreme and they just bind. I've heard people say MIPs will work but then I've heard people say they won't and I don't want to risk it because they are so expensive. Is there anyway to fix this?

Could try getting a lift kit for it.... might raise it enough to use the shocks .depending on the kit could raise the truck from 1" to 1.5". Like this one: just an example search lift kits on ebay they have a few choices.

Increasing the length of your upper links will rotate the axles so the input shaft points up a bit.

You gotta give a little to get less.
You can go to Ottsix TKO10 High pinion axle housings, or lengthen top links as suggested to clock your housings...this gives crappy geometry.

I stay with 90mm shocks. You want a lift, buy a stampede.
