I have zero affiliation with Jims Bearings, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with his great customer service.

I purchased a set of bearings for my TRX-4M from Jims Bearings on eBay. This shipment appears to have been lost in the mail. It has been sitting at the post office for a week. I sent him a message on Friday hoping he would checkup on the shipment. He asked me to give it the weekend and get back to him. On Monday I sent him an email and he responded within hours with a new tracking number. He is sending me a replacement shipment. I asked what to do with the original shipment should it ever arrive, he told me to keep them as spares or pass them onto a friend.

I can confirm the greatness of Jim's Bearings. Not only is his bearings top-of-the-line, but his shipping and service is top notch as well.

My orders from Jim's usually arrive next day. Now he is only a couple hours away from me in Ohio, but the orders still do travel USPS. Orders traveling the USPS way sometimes take detours and tours through different states before arriving in the delivery state.
