I have tried 3 times to actually speak to a person at Horizon Hobby with no luck. has anyone else tried to contact them by phone? I finally today sent an email about a Spectrum radio not having the reverse function, we'll see how long it takes to get a response.

Good luck. Horizon used to have the best customer service. Then they started buying up all the different companies and focused on trying to be a monopoly and let everything else go to hell. They can’t ship on time, can’t keep things in stock, can’t provide customer service, etc.

They'll also cancel clearance priced orders with no explanation, etc. And I'm with Tim, they used to be the best.

Yes, at least 6 times. All I got was a recording saying customer service was not available. As of today, Friday still no reply.
Wow they got rid of the phone lines? Yeah this is why I gave up on Horizon. This really sucks. File a claim with your credit card company or bank if you bought this recently.

That's the problem, it is a bad DX6C I bought, just wanted it fixed or replaced, it is almost out of warranty.

I'd contact the customer service of the place you used for payment and ask them to do something. Just make sure you are ready to provide evidence of those multiple calls and emails.
