Honda as well as other manufacterers have to pull all there small line up from being sold at all dealerships Dealers are no longer able to sell dirt bikes or trx90 quads the dealerships are not able to sell any bike to and parent who will be allowing there kid 12 years old and younger to purchase the consumer safety claims kids under that age can chew and eat the paint on the bikes which can contain poison and or death thanks to the people who have nothing better to do then cause issues for others some people are affraid to walk out of there own house then thats where they should stay at home we are hoping they find fault in this by the 14th of Febuary and change other rules for us to be able to take our kids dirt biking and atv riding how long till rc cars are considered dangoures. I worked here at a honda dealership for thirty years and i am really getting discusted with things in our free country .....

Yamaha Suzuki Kawasaki and all the other aftermarket mini bikes are included in this program Honda had us pull the bikes off the showroom floor
just had to vent sorry i eat sleep breath motorcycles and rc toys.

Thats shocking! i'm not a US citizen, but that is just ridiculous.I grew up riding dirt bikes and never once tried to eat them.Well it's a great big :flipoff:to honda from me.

and the "no reverse rule" is still in effect, right?

Why did you move all of the periods to the end of your paragraph?

WTF if that's true then the person responsible for it should have their ass kicked. I've been riding motorcycles for 11 years and not once did I try to eat one. I have smashed my face on the bars a few time though.

sorry man when i was in school did not have typing class all i wanted to do was pass and go riding .There i used a period its all the crf 50, look there a comma and the crf70,crf80 Hondas along with all the other manufactureres oh and just in cAase you did not notice my spelling sucks too.,? its really my typing skills i finger my middle fingeryou know the one.

Oh man that sucks. i remember as a kid all i wanted was a ATV. Now i have one but its a 250.

Will Honda sell off the rest of their inventory? or will they just destroy em?

Luckily I already have my fiddy, the best toy to go get the mail on. Its a shame they got harassed from these people. I wonder if it is the same kinds of people that put those 12 gauge shotgun land mines in trails too.

Oh you have got to be fawking KIDDING me?!

OK... here's what I did as a kid...

First mini-bike (for those who don't know, it's like a little dirtbike with a 5 or 7 hp Tiller engine..) at age 6.

Go-kart at age 7

started racing BMX when i was 9. Started doing flatland and vert-ramp freestyle at age 11.

Honda XR80 at age 11.

Age 13, jumped mom's car with my 80.

Age 14: Sold the XR80 and got a '89 Kawasaki KX125

age 14-16, doing crazy sh!t on bicycles still, tailwhips, backflips, big air, etc. Broke my right ankle at 15 trying to table-top the 125 over a double. Walked (limped) around on it for three days trying to convince my mom I just sprained it.. had to have a screw put in to put my ankle back together,.(Got my ankle between the clutch cover and the ground... that sucked)

Age 16: Got my Driver's license, decided 4 wheels were safer than two. Been drag racing ever since.

I have done EVERY stupid, insane, dangerous thing there is to do in or on any of those vehicles, not to mention the numerous other ways I un-intentionally tried to kill myself growing up, (from 18 on up most of them involving alchohol or various exotic street pharmaceuticals) and I have the scars and sore, stiff joints to prove it.

And I'm still here. Had a few close calls. But I'm still here.

And you're telling me they're going to stop making these because kids could eat the PAINT off of them?

Are you joking?

What kind of waterhead retard looks at a motorcycle or quad and thinks "oooooohhhh yummy."

Dude, seriously, are people's kids really this stupid? My daughter's 3 and she knows what a motorcyckle is and what it's for.

WTF if that's true then the person responsible for it should have their ass kicked. I've been riding motorcycles for 11 years and not once did I try to eat one. I have smashed my face on the bars a few time though.
Wow I started out in first grade on a 50. Thats RETARDED!!!!.
Tupers, I havent tried eating one either but yes smashed em though.
The hole thing makes me sad.

Don't get your thongs all in a knot.....Honda and all the others will change what type of paint they use. They have to much money into their line ups not too.....Easy fix for them.

what paint are they even using on them... The color is molded into the plastic and most manufactures use powder coat on the chassis. The consumer safety commision has been trying to ban kids under 16 from riding for years. They think they could fall off and get hurt... In reality they fall off, get hurt, and learn from their mistake. We are raising a society of mindless idiots who think everything is dangerous and therefore must sit on the couch in their padded room and watch non violent educational cartoons, while eating their organically grown soy based foods. "thumbsup"

I guess I better stop chewing on my atv's fenders.

Isnt the xr50 the best selling motorcycle ever?

No that's the mighty C90 I believe.
