My stock Axial 27t silver w/green sticker motor whines so high and loud when I touch the throttle (before the rig even moves) that it gives my wife a headache and calls all the dogs in the neighborhood to come chew up my tires. :roll: I'm running the AE-2 Axial ESC with it on 2s lipo with updated firmware and stock settings via the Castle Link USB programmer. Btw it does have capacitors installed. Apparently this is normal behavior, so time for a new motor.
