Can’t figure out what’s wrong ..hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have HH PULLER Pro 3500kv motor paired with Mamba X in my wraith. Was running fine now all the sudden I can’t get it right. It will wig out or not run at all with sensor wire attached...if I remove sensor wire it runs but not great(cogs not smooth). , but it runs
I have spare sensor wires, swapped the wire and still doesn’t work. I recalibrated , checked all the settings with the Castle B.Link, tried different batteries, switched servo , tried a different transmitter/reciever , all the wires are in good shape.

What am I missing. Is the esc crap? I’ve only got 20 runs or so on it? Or motor problem?

Thanks man. I’ll mess with it more today. I have a feeling this barely used esc is shot. ..it’s not beeping except for some very quiet beeps. Not beeping /counting the cell number of the batteries.

I swing hammers for a living and have zero tech saavy. I don’t own any Castle escs but know they do, or at least used to have notoriously bad switches and people were always cutting the switches off and connecting the switch wires directly. I’m by no means suggesting you do that, but if the switch is bad/going bad it can cause intermittent issues. Just a thought. Or the sensor board or port in either the motor or esc might be shot. Might need to send one, the other, or both back to the manufacturer.

I’ve only tried smart sense with the B-Link. Should it be set to sensored ? It’s worked up til now with smart sense.

I was having a somewhat similar issue with a mamba micro x and PP 2200kv. Mine worked ok, without sensor but once the sensor wire was hooked up the motor would cog really really bad. I called castle and we found the sensor wire harness on the esc is removable, and was not getting good connection.

Id call up castle, good luck.
