Have a question about frame rails

I bought the builders kit quite a few years ago and it has been fun. I recently decided to change the kit up to use the bronco body since I picked up a Bronco Raptor as my new daily.

The reason I have concerns is I got the inner fenders and the wheelbase conversion kit installed. But, now when I press the bronco body inner frame into the clip less mounting system the frame bends and the clips don't slide in easily. I want to use this without damaging the body when I install it.

Did traxxas change the frame rails to raise the rear of the TRX-4 since I bought my kit? Just feels like something is way off and if I need another part I want to get it in before car show season starts since it will be an exact scale version of mine.

TIA

i don't think traxxxass changed anything other than the body's all my traxasss frames are the same
the trx4 is different but I think there just longer out back

Okay thanks. I may grab a couple pics and throw them on here and see what people think. I will finish up the build and see how it works. It may be that the whole body kit together might stiffen everything up and make the clips work better.

The frame is the same between the Kit and the Bronco (See here: https://traxxas.com/products/parts/8220)

I would imagine it has something to do with the wheelbase. Standard wheelbase is 12.3", but the Bronco wheelbase is 12.8". Maybe some of the mounting pieces have to be moved to a different position for the longer wheelbase?

If you post up some pictures I can compare it to my Bronco and maybe spot the difference.
