so i need a new esc, dont want to do much soldering so i was going to get a novak rooster crawler and i was wondering if the jittering problem has been fixed??

Pretty good ESC, if you can put up with the one button does a million things programming they're tops. Good strong 6v 5 amp BEC and stuff.

I have 2 of them and there have worked great with no jittering. I am running a Spectrum DX3.0 tx.

thanks guys! im going to pick one up soon for an early bday present!

now if im correct they come with tamiya plug on but oyu have to solder motor connection??

yeah, most people either put deans or bullet connectors for the motor, so its easy to replace, i would ditch the tamiya connector and go with deans IMO

That's good, just reading through the Novak thread and I saw some of the older esc had jiggering issues due to transmitters

If you don't mind me asking what kind of tx rx do u use??

used it with the JR XS3 and wifes XR2...and the new RC4WD 2.4. Big78 has his run through a airtronics FM and the Traxxas am...same deal...no jittery
