I'm not using this thread to make a sale, just wondering if I'm being reasonable asking to get $450 +shipping for the whole sha-bang.
I have a Wraith(purchased Sept 26,2012) that has given me many months of pleasure, but with my craving for comp crawling, I feel it's time to part ways and get some funds for my new Bully.
Here's a quick breakdown:
Money spent (not including shipping, tools, paints and other supplies)
Wraith rtr $399.99
Axial 55t motor $17
Futaba servo horn $5
Savox sc1258 titanium gear servo $70(waterproofed with marine grease & spray plasti-dip)
Dynamite tazer 12t waterproof crawler esc $60(I replaced the power plug with standard type)
GH Racing Aluminium beadlocks(orange) $155.00(I drilled 2 air holes, 180 apart on each. 2 front ones are weighted with silver solder)
Losi Rock Claws with crawler foams $40(I cut star crawler style foams)
Duratrax Onyx240 charger $90(it charges 2 NiMH or NiCD at same time)
Duratrax Onyx 5000 mAh 7.2v NiMH batteries std plug. $35ea x 2(only a month old, & I have 2 older, half dead ones that I'd include)
Ax80051 parts tree $9.21
Ax80082 parts tree $9.21
Axa0175 screw shafts $3.49
Ax30450 flange pipes $6
Axa1356 Silicon Shock bushings $3.50
Ax30780 universal axle set $40
Ax30571 13t pinion $6
Ax30672 87t spur $5
Ax30395 & Ax30401 Axial hd bevel gear set $56
Ax80082 Tube frame brace tree $9.69
Vanquish stage 1 kit black $100
Vanquish titanium 10 pc links $100
Underglow lights $15
Spotlights $7
Total just around $1300
Also comes with stock wheels and tires, spur & pinion, Stock ESC plus all the stock parts that were replaced or removed with the exception of broken parts(stock servo bit the dust after a 15 foot drop off a cliff. I've since replaced all plastic parts that have broken(hence the parts trees) & the stock 20t burned out. Entire thing is in great shape.
Modifications:
self-Waterproofed and used in water many times. Servo was seperated by section, sealed with rubber around gaps and sprayed with rubber on outside. Insides of servo is packed with marine grease in gear area.
Battery compartment is moved to front under hood behind receiver box. Esc is new and mounted in rear behind console. Power switch is mounted on esc, but has 3" of wire and can detach to be moved.
Power switch for orange underglow lights is located near steering wheel and is powered by a 9v.
Spotlights can be moved to any direction and use 3 small button batteries each. I have at least a dozen of these batteries left because the lights don't use much power, so they'll be included.
The rear roll cage has been modified to fastback style and the front bumper has been cut to increase steering space.
The 2 lights mounted in the grill had broke at the base of the LED so I cut them out. The headlights have been painted silver on the inside to make them brighter and I have a full set of round ones painted too, but never got a new front light string.
The passenger seat is removed for weight and the body panels are painted black on outside with clear rubber coating. The shocks are stock with different pistons in them and 80wt oil.
The stock tires have been cut at every segmented lug and run great compared to normal, but the Rock Claws really dig in with the weighted beadlocks. The front HD diff gear is set in overdrive. The stock drive shafts are reinforced with steel, so no twisting.
The lower shock mounts have been flipped to lower cog as well as the upper rear one.
I have photo documentation of every upgrade and phase this thing went through including motor break in, servo water proofing & body mods. I have the original box and complete manual with included tools.
Cons:
Could use new wheel bearings. The gearbox bearings have been replaced once.
It may need an external BEC, not sure if it's necessary running nimh batteries.
The plastic axle housings have been replaced once and the diff cover in front, 3 times.
Could really use some metal there(hint hint), as it takes a beating. Could run better on LiPOs, but I haven't got into them yet.
I apologize if this thread is not allowed, just feeling around to see if its a fair deal.
Thanks in advance for replys.
