Gearbox alignment issue?

The whole gearbox is pushed to the left (or right side of car). All holes are .3mm off.
I think the edge of the gearbox or the curve of the pan is stopping it settle in properly.

Thoughts?
 
I'm building a kit right now and also have this issue.. The bottom bolt was the biggest pain to get in but I just kind of forced them all down slowly a few turns at a time.
 
As Damion said, install the screws loosely and slowly tighten the screws. You may have to push/pull the trans a little to help align it. Once it is all tightened down, it will be fine and aligned perfectly.
