Front Axle hits Panhard Rodend

New to the TRX-4 but something doesn't seem right. When I compress the Front Left shock the diff housing hits the panhard upper rodend which limits the shock compression. I'm losing about 1/4 inch of the front left shock compression. This can't be normal right?

so just so I understand what your asking cause there aren't any pictures

so your saying your pan is hard and your rod ends is hitting your axle ? right
well if it's hitting your axle you could probably shift it maybe get some good support for that rod end
if it's hitting some one else's axle well that between you 2 lol

Sorry for the lack of pics I was at work when I posted yesterday. Here is some pics of what I'm talking about notice the shock still has 1/4 inch before full compression. The second pic you can see how much lean at full compression I get.

Looks like an offset rod end. Spin it 180 degrees and/or move it to the higher position on the panhard mount.

RC crawlers almost never have both right and left shocks fully compressed at the same time. Does this hit if you only compress the one side of the truck?

I thought the same thing but after looking at others pictures last night mine seems to be set on the same panhard mount hole and the rod end flipped the same way. This made me wonder if I had something else wrong. The panhard rod end hole will not align with the upper mount hole either at least without some trimming I've already tried.

Looks like his is correct. In the build kit manual, it looks like this offset rod end is in this orientation.

The picture I posted that you can see the rod end hitting is only the left side being compressed. So to answer your question yes it hits with only one side compressed.

So I did flip the panhard rod over 180 degrees so that the angle of the rod end is opposite (like King said) and it did help (probably only 1/8" now) but is still hitting and limiting my travel compared to the right side. Does anyone else's hit their diff housing? If I can't figure anything else out I will try to make the upper mount hole align on the panhard upper mount.

can you back out the rodends on the links a couple of turns each end that should push the front axle forward just enuff to clear with out looking funny

the side effects would be slightly better climbing angle downside would be slight less break over angle

Mine is set up the same as yours, but it doesnt touch in any position. Idk if it bein a 6x6 makes a difference, it shouldnt. Have u tried flippin the panhard from end to end? Put the offset end on the axle n the straight end in the panhard mount? I believe, in one of my other trx builds, i had to do that because it hit the axle. By swappin ends, it will put the chassis side where u should be able to use the upper hole, n itll raise it enuf to clear

The last 2 pics are of a custom build im workin on, but gives u an idea of wat im talkin about. At full compression, the panhard side just starts to touch. But otherwise, it clears everything else
