Alright Wraith experts, I'm hoping to convert my Miller Motorsports truck to the good old AR60 axle front & rear.

After all of the other changes I've made, the only benefit to the stock axles is that they come with a dual shock mount on the axle.

Ever seen a way to mount dual shocks on the AR60 axle? Does anyone make an adapter so the AR60 can have dual shock mounts?

Thanks in advance!

Huh! Well that's good news.

I've had 2 different AR60 builds (Wraith & several Yetis). I didn't remember dual shock mounts.

Oh wait, Bomber. You're probably thinking of the shock mounts on the trailing arms. I was looking for axle mounted dual shock mounts. So yeah, the Wraith suspension set-up was different. 4 link front & rear, no trailing arms.

But now that you mention it, I would only need them for the front axle anyway, as the Miller Motorsports truck runs trailing arms in the rear also.

Here's the rear. 2 on the trailing arm as you mention. Still an open space on axle mount.

On front I see people mount shocks to open location and where I have the sway bar links.

Sweet. I'll try to find some SMT10 link mounts.

But if that doesn't work, it looks like there's some aftermarket solutions to this problem already.

Thanks!

i cant seem to find the axial version but they look like the aftermarket version

I think I came up with a better option for axles on the Miller Motorsports truck.

Ryft axles. The Vitavon housing comes with dual shock mounts for the front axle.

Plus, the open differentials and other replacement parts for the Ryft axles are still pretty easily available. AR60 parts are getting sparse...

But either way, I won't be doing this swap anytime soon. It's just more money than I can afford to throw at this truck.

ryft axle are nice but there pretty big compaired to ar60s and if i remeber correct have a 6mm input shaft not a big deal i just drilled my 5mm shaft out to 6

there about the same cost as the ar60
