Hello all I'm toying with the idea of ditch the cantilever setup on mine. What's the advantage and what shocks work good to run? Thank ypu

The advantage of the cantilever suspension, to me, is the cool factor. Cantilever suspension can be used to change suspension rates and also give you more travel than you would get from the shock if it were simply attached to solid mounts.

I'm using the 3Racing shocks which are probably continued at this point.

I do have a set of unused Tamiya shocks at home for the CR-01 cantilever suspension. They are pricey and I only have them because they came with my kit.
