OK guys I'm lost, what could cause my deadbolt to run perfectly fine going forward but make me lose a lot of speed I used to have in reverse? Thanks a ton for any help you guys might have.

Lots of things could be the issue.
Transmitter setting (as stated above)
ESC not properly calibrated
