Crawler setup

Ok so I am def buying the scx10 honcho kit. I wanted to go brushless also. What has been your guys best setup using brushless. I have other mamba systems and love them. Does anyone have a mamba in this crawler? I have a dx3 radio so toning down the sensativity and other tuning is not a problem. Im thinking the Castle Creations Pro 5700kv. Any info would help. Thanks.

Even though i don't have brushless yet i think a 5700kv motor will be to fast. I've read somewhere around 1000-2500kv is a good speed.

yea a 5700 is way fast for a crawler and itd have no tourqe and x2 on the 1000-2500kv thats perfect for a crawler
