Consider a 2s lipo if you are a new bully driver

Especially for me that I am getting used to driving with a stick controller.
When I connected the bully with the 2s lipo that came with my danchee ridgerock, the car became mellower, less reactive to my multiple uncoordinated inputs. Gave me more control of the car, wheel placement (front and rear steer). It is as if the car moved in slow motion, giving me more time to react, correct….drive.

Do you notice more torque loss between the motors? I run 3s and have issues when one axle is under load and doesnt turn at the same speed.

Yes, even with the hobbywing 1080 esc I installed right away, the rear axle stalls.

I have installed a 2nd esc, another hb1080, and using a dual stick controller I have the option of powering each axle independently, so no more stalling!!

Takes time and patience for the fingers/brain to develop the proper coordination. The journey is fun, and once you start to master the sticks, the crawling becomes very controlled, and very capable.

With the stick controller you can also program throttle curve and dual rate, so you can tune down power, no matter if battery is 2 or 3s.
