Axial stock servo issue

I'm having somewhat an issue with my never has any problems,cream of the crop stock Axial servo (sarcasm). Now obviously i do plan on replacing it but for now it has to suffice, ever since i switched out my receiver and possibly before, it does not turn "lock-to lock" as far as it used to. I do have the steering dual rate on my controller turned all the way up and it is performing correctly because when i dial it down the servo does move less. But it used to be when id turn the wheel i would have to have the d/r on the old controller turned down some or my knuckles would make contact with the axle screw head, now its all the way up and there's a ~2mm gap.. Whats going on? is it just the servo sh*tting out already?

What radio system are you using?

Is your End Point Adjustment (EPA) set correctly with the new radio? EPA is the master setting that all the other stuff (expo, D/R, etc.) is based on.

does it have Ch1 epa (end point adjustment) ?
^ this adjustment better controls steering throw % left/right.

My GT3-C epa settings offer adjustment
from 0 to 120% for both left/right steering throw.

Sorry guys been at work in on break now. Radio is a Futaba 3prka fhss system so receiver is R203GF. As for EPA the adjustments are only for throttle - low and high. Ive tried playing with both of them and currently have them both set all the way up. Now you guys did mention a few things is it possible I have the servo in the wrong channel or something?? I'm pretty sure its in channel one n throttle is in 2..

I should mention range has been amazing I lose sight of the truck before I lose signal, and the only odd thing besides my servo was that I had to use the reverse switch on my throttle (on TX) even with the wiring exactly the sane as the old controller.. Thanks for the help tho guys

well that TX seems to be lacking...

only other option... besides losing that TX...

would be to get a longer servo horn...
and increase the throw mechanically.

drawback would be that servo torque will be diminished some
and interference could be of issue.

what servo horn are you using currently ?
is there enough clearance to use a longer servo horn ?

Yea but unless I got a dud this transmitter gets great reviews all around the internet its not an el cheapo china eBay brand I guess I'll play around with the connections and trim dials.. And using the stocker servo horn, push comes to shove I guess I'll try that. I am thinking of getting a new servo either way tho
