The Panama City (FL) Monster RC Club is growing!We need some input from club officers and/or anyone that can chime in on on this topic. We have a crawler course set up in a local county park. Next month we go before the board of commissioners to ask for funding and a lease agreement to expand to other areas of the park to build tracks and courses for other types of RC car/truck racing.
We are new/inexperienced club leaders and need suggestions, tips and "must do" advice. Specifically- Club finances? Fund raising? What about filing as a non-profit? How do we know when we are ready to host an event? How do host an event? Membership drives? Anything you can help us with will greatly appreciated.
