Attaching Sheet Metal to Solid Rod Chassis?

Im interested in learning what technique you guys used for attaching sheet metal to your solid rod or tube chassis rigs.

I have a solid rod tuber and I want to do some sheet metal inner fenders and body panels but, Im not sure how I want to go about doing so.

I thought about MIG welding it in a few spots to hold it in place and then come back in and braze it but, Im worried that I will burn holes in the thin sheet metal when I try to weld it. Not to mention, the last time I tried brazing sheet to rod didnt end up so well either.

I thought about using JB weld but, never really worked with the stuff before.

Any other ideas or proven methods?

Thanks.

RCP sells fab tabs that you can braze to your tube work. They sell them with either a straight through hole or tapped for 3mm hardware.

Removeable panels are a must if you want any type of access for maintenance. Especially if your tube work isn't a bolt on affair.
