If you're wanting to abuse the heck out of it, check out the Kyosho Mad force/Twin force/fo-xx axles

Never had a problem but.... I'm a "fix it before it breaks" kinda guy so I'm running tubes and bushings and all the other goodies.

AR60 axles are probably the most commonly used axles on monster trucks these days. Ie, they can be built bulletproof to last.

cool so its something that would get me going . down the road i can up grade to something better . i would like digger axles down the road . so what about the transmission from a wraith does it hold up ? im thinking of buying a kit taking what i need and just selling the rest . that's why im asking .

Yes a wraith or scx10 transmission will hold up for a time. Remember, the gears are mostly plastic in the transmission.

Especially once you replace the essentials in the axles, you'll use practically nothing from a wraith or any other kit. Find some used axles which already have a few upgrades and grab an scx10 trans and that will be the start of your build.

I don't know if ill go the wraith way or not . my just save my money and just get digger axles and use a center diff . I think it would handle better with a center diff . I think these truck get pretty heavy . from what im finding out . sounds like the wheels and tires can be 1.5 pounds or so each . but you do have a good point . just wish their was more detailed info on them and video to .
