fter a long journey and ultimate Around the Icon Japanese Toyota Land Cruiser:

, which went through several stages and changes with the help of many, here comes the end of the same

It was good while it lasted, and at times even being "famous" in Iberian Meeting Mythical Land Rover when he posed for a photograph in the magazine "OFF-ROAD 4X4", but that there is a change of scenery, and I take the haul of my fellow TMF (Team 4x4 Mud Fockers) that are also in the spirit of having "something new / different" to do so.

The idea is to get electronic components and Toyota, use a larger chassis (probably will use the X-TRAIL I have here, since the body is also the largest, and probably the 30cm long chassis of the Toyota will not help much

The rest of the ideas emerging iram.

I can say that is in ABS, with inner booklet of 7 places, with functional doors, lights, and second read in the instructions should also do "Vruuuuuuuuuuuum"

****

We shall see "thumbsup"

That body is sweet! Is it from an RC truck or a model? I've never seen a grand cherokee. Can't wait to see what you do with it!

Already have new chassis, the X-Trail, with its placement of links reused who gave some to stay, at least for testing in the future.
The shafts also have to take despite that at least the front is engaged by a wire.
If in the future der problems, buy a set.
The interior is already mounted, and cut to be able to move the rack's will. Also cut some corners of the body to be able to download over the car and the tire can rotate without bumping.
I cut the hood to be easily accessible in the future access and electronic drums that will be in front without the need to take the whole body, so just need to open the hood.
I am also testing nuns mudguards kindly provided for testing this body.

However after by the poles and line the inside I realized that the inside is not aligned with the trunk.

So I decided to give up two places to win suitcase to see if it makes me work and put some accessories in the future. "thumbsup"

Well, here's more of the same :flipoff::flipoff:

The general idea is this lack refine and strengthen. 8)
I'll have to go shopping for polystyrene. Until that is stopped for maintenance.

The next step will be to secure the body to the chassis.

And Hello :)

A few more things. "thumbsup"

Finally after the head turns as do come to the conclusion that it would make a play to get fix the bodywork and the interior using the same pole attachment.

He had been with other inventions but were not successful, but this time seems to go right.
After missing is to strengthen and beautify. What matters to me is drilling holes and fixing it once, the rest is extra.
Forward ever done "project." Foul make the piece and puts it.

Thus at the end predict achieve secure the body with the use of posts, but without these being viewed "is first sight" "thumbsup"

The front is now also after a friend's help in providing material "thumbsup"

I cut the spaces between the front grille because the original had a lot of toy aspect, and so it is also easier to paint.

I can now study the space for receiving a bumper. 8)

The rest are body work and bitumen up and more body work

However progressed to "forward"; D

A new bumpers for the WJ: (85MM)

CAM00641.jpg

Then in PSGarage (my thanks Paul for the dedication and effort) attempted to make a To-Home Made shocks, but by more than one person has ideas and will, if not the right material to work with, it is impossible to conceive of anything.

The bumpers on this car is more than essential, because the front of it is the basis of polystyrene and bitumen, and super glue 3, soon ... is fragile.

So, after a chance bumpers Home-made blatant lack of material left to the choice of a "Buy Made" ;)

But a curious detail that we faced in, was that what exists in most of this for sale in domestic and international markets in several shops, which are fronts for cars are straight (Defender, Hilux, Cherokee XJ, Wrangler, etc.) while the WJ ... is round.

Soon the only possible starting Assumptions were:

Axial SCX10 Honcho Front Bumper Scale Rock Crawler Scaler | eBay

Or:

Tough Armor Front Plastic Tube Bumper for Trail Finder 2

Picked up from the Honcho.
Fit like a glove ;)

Since the position where it was better to be hit with some Home-made sheet that came already with the X-Trail Chassis for To-SCX10 shocks, since the headlights, Winch ... (...)

One afternoon was finished and ready to "hit the ground" well ahead of no great fears losing you go forward the way ;)
