Wasn't really happy with the options out there for modern looking led driving lights, so I designed some.

I wanted to mimic the multi led array that are available now.

So I designed in a bunch of parabolic shapes in the middle of the lenses. Which I will print from clear PETG and sand and polish. It can get to about 96% optical clear.

The parabolic voids should capture the 5mm led and refract it.

I made two size, 20mm and 25mm big boys!

Would u be willing to share the file? Would you try your idea on some lights I want to do.

First try wasn't successful. Get the lenses to print nicely is going to take some trial and error with different settings.
