I just got an email form RC4WD showing off their newest tires from their new partner BFGoodrich

Some pretty familiar tires to be honest but hopefully new sizes

These all use their newest compound (X2s3) so these should be sticky

The 1.9 KM2's look to be a nice size at 4.56" tall.

RC3WD - "Hey, let's make tires just like Proline!"

Yeah, they're different sizes, but they couldn't find new tires to reproduce?

Yeah I saw 4 new tires pop up and was exited but its pretty meh for sure. Come on RC4WD be bold, take a risk!

I'm just noticing the KM2's and Krawler TA's have tighter tread spacing than Prolines versions. Not sure I really like that aspect.

The 4.5" KM2's are the most interesting I think.

EDIT: I guess the KM2's are actually new. Proline makes the KM3's but the thread is different though the differences are easy to overlook.

Don't forget about the new 1.55 Compass tire. I know its not a BFG but its a dead ringer for a Toyo MT.

Pro Line has yet to make anything smaller than 4.19 1.9s....so their tires don't really have much appeal to me at this point. RC4WD is winning the scale tire game with a large handful of licensed tires people want, in a compound that is quite good.

Yes the tread spacing is tighter but it is more proportional and on a smaller more scale tire, I'll take that any day over large RC like voids.

Only bummer is I went to buy a set of 1.7 Krawlers and they were sold out:badger:

I don't get the jumbo size on the KO2s, who really runs 4.75 AT tires? Their old gigantic Falken Wildpeak ATs couldn't have been a big seller since their seem to be discontinued. A 3.75 inch 1.55 would have been a better introductory size and made a ton of sense for scale builds (like say a TF2).

However, the 1.9 KM2s are a must buy for me because the size is perfect.

Good point. About the only people I can see these appealing to are the guys making large scale builds from the various New Bright hard bodies that are floating around.
