3 Inch Roll Bars for RC4WD Blazer Pickup Conversions

I have designed a couple of old school 3 inch roll bars that work with RC4WD Blazer pickup conversions. There is a single tube version and a double tube version. Both feature two mounting tabs on the top that can be used for mounting lights with M3 screws.

Installation is simple. Put the bar in the location you want to install it and find the center of the mounting flange using a couple of marks. I would recommend starting with the front two legs first, then once they are mounted with screws, locate the rear legs and mark them.

Drill the center mark with a 1/8 inch (3.2mm) bit.

Finally, attach the roll bar with (4) M3X8 screws from underneath. They will thread into the holes, but be careful not to over-tighten them.
