This story is just sick. 18 years ago, 11 year old Jaycee Lee Dugard was kidnapped in South Lake Tahoe. She just walked into a Concord Police station telling them who she is and that she has two children with the husband and wife that kidnapped her. The story is still unfolding but this is so sad, sick, twisted and just God awful.

EXCLUSIVE: Neighbors have told CLAYCORD.com that they believe the suspect, 58-year-old Phillip Garrido, possibly fathered two children with the victim, 29-year-old Jaycee Dugard. Apparently both girls are under the age of 14, which means Jaycee could have been about 15-years-old at the time of the first child's birth.
They say Garrido has said in the past that they're his daughters. Keep it tuned to CLAYCORD.com for the latest on this story.
This might explain why Dugard never escaped from her kidnappers.
The pictures above show the crazy scene on Walnut Avenue in Antioch this afternoon at the home of the suspect, Phillip Garrido.

BREAKING NEWS: WE'VE IDENTIFIED THE SUSPECT

CBS5 currently has a helicopter over a house in Antioch, at 1554 Walnut Avenue. The helicopter shot shows the home is being searched by law enforcement, and they've confirmed that they are looking for clues about the kidnapping of Jaycee Dugard, who was found alive in Concord 18-years after he kidnapping in Lake Tahoe. I did a search for that address on Google, and it comes back to a registered sex offender named Phillip Garrido.
So, I called the Contra Costa Jail in Martinez, and they've confirmed to CLAYCORD.com that they have an inmate named Phillip Garrido in custody on $1,000,000 bail for kidnapping, rape, lewd acts with a minor, sexual penetration and conspiracy to commit a crime.
The suspect is Antioch resident Phillip Garrido, and he's a registered sex offender. He also has a blog which he says he's able to speak in "tongue". Click HERE to read his blog, it's weird.

JAYCEE DUGARD HAS BEEN POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED

I just received a press release from the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office saying they have positively identified Jaycee Dugard. Although the press release doesn't say it, I can confirm that two people are in custody for this kidnapping. And also, CBS5 just let me know that the FBI has confirmed they are searching a house in Antioch this morning.

No, they are saying she never escaped before because she has two children with the kidnapper.:cry:

The two girls are under 14 which means at about 15 Jaycee would have given birth to the first child. It's getting worse as the story unfolds. The guys parole officer admits to seeing the two young girls with him:shock:. How sick! How come the parole never investigated or mentioned the young girls to others. He's a CONVICTED sex offender on parole. This hole story is so sad.

No doubt. I was born and raised in the San Francisco bay area so I definitely know how it is. However, when it came to my children, we got the #%^* out and moved to East Texas to raise them.

Can you imagine what Jaycee's mom is thinking right now? How crazy. Your now grown daughter is returned to you at 29 years old! Oh... and she has two children fathered by her kidnapper!!! Your granddaughters. Craziness. The family needs some serious prayer and the kidnappers need some jailhouse justice.

maybe she felt guilty for the children, didnt want the kidnapper to harm them and knew she held something over his head as leverage.


the world has some **cked up people in it for sure and the frigin system seems like it protects the wrong fargin people.


there is no normal life after this for any of them .......

Leverage. She was kidnapped as a child, and probably mentally and physically dominated. Then she gets pregnant and it is two "grownups" against her that can take or harm her children. She probably felt helpless until now, maybe she got scared that he would do the same to her children.
 
Sex offenders of certain levels need to be subjected to random home searches IMO. You don't **** with kids...you just don't.

I agree with the theory that she didn't leave because of her babies. You don't know what kind of crap that guy put in her head about what would happen should she escape.

One of the things I really like around here is when a registered sex offender moves into the neighborhood...everybody knows about it. That persons name and address is placed on whatever signage is handy and extremely public. Fire stations, churches, liqour stores, etc will all put the baddies info up on thier signs. We also had one of the local police officers come to our door a few months ago to personally let us know that there was a S.O. that had moved in nearby and gave us his exact address and description. Gotta love that!
 
how is it that nobody notices a young teen girl that is pregnant living with a sex offender freak like that.twice no less. i pray that her two young children were not harmed in any way. makes me sick. i would have no problem pulling the trigger on this guy.

torture that sick ass hole like he no doubtedly tortured that poor girl. What a sick bastard.
shoot him in the face and be done with it. if he goes to prison he'll be in solitary confinement so nothing happens to him. they should put him in with the "population" so they can have their way with him
 
shooting that a$$hole in the head is to good for him, take the gun and blow both knee caps completely off then beat him with a baseball bat real hard but do it slow so the S.O.B. suffer's for awhile then shoot him in the head and let him lay there...hell the buzzereds gotta eat to."thumbsup"
