    Axial ax10 deadbolt speed upgrade

    I've got an axial ax10 deadbolt that I'm wanting to get some more speed out of. I'm planning on converting it into a monster truck eventually. What would you guys recommend for good speed upgrades? I'd prefer to not go brushless if i can help it. Thanks in advance.

    AX10 Deadbolt doesn't like the 20kg PowerHD servo?

    I tried to use a servo I had lying around and the ESC constantly beeps, plus the servo turns weird (gets stuck a few seconds at full turn, reacts slowly or jitters. Servo is fine on my 1/8 buggy. Is the stock ESC a PoS? (its the one that takes max 2S) Do I need a BEC for a strong servo? Thanks...

    Problems after new build
