chassis side plates are 1/8 perforated aluminum sheet with 1/8 holes
skidplate is 1/4 white delrin sheet
chassis braces are 3/8 delrin rod black
links are 1/4 aluminum tube with 1/8 hole which i tap to 6-32 or 8-32 depending
also use 3/16 aluminum rod which I cut 10-32 threads for my newer links

I get most of my metals and plastic from www.onlinemetals.com
