Help me out, I only need a plane ticket to make it out!! I will judge everything, including you!!

Just a note on the road up to the comp site. It is very windy with very little to no shoulder and very popular with bicycle riders.
So as much fun as it may be, please refrain from the rally time trial runs up the hill please;-)

Thanks

A pm to Nabil would have been just as effective.:lmao:

just a little update!!

one of our great sponsors
TEAM BROOD

has just informed me that every driver in the 2.2 class shall recieve a gift certificate for basic motor rebuilds!!
it covers a standard rebuild....brushes, springs, clean, cut, and zap.

drivers will be responsible for shipping.

does not have a cash value and can only be used for rebuilds only.

this means every one can get some fresh life outa your used motors"thumbsup"

i hope everyone can appreciate this since it is double what his initial sponsor package was set for, so please a big thank you to eddie at team brood.

Wow, looks like the organizers have been hard at work:shock: This weekend is going to kick ass!

Very sad I cant make this one either, but,,,,,,,,,,

All of you guys who have not run @ Gates Pass are in for a treat!!

Traction is crazy!! I have seen bad tires perform well out there! A real drivers location!! I know these guys are going to set up some killer courses,, well, since there nothing but killer lines out there!!

Have fun guys and girls I will be thinking of you and the joy you are about to have!!

This went out in an email, but just in case someone missed it.

Hope everybody is tested, tuned, and ready for the weekend. *I want everyone to have a safe trip out to Tucson. *Just a quick few things before we get this started. *
*
Because of the lack of judges we are running 3 courses before lunch, 3 after. *That is going to require everyone to be on the same page. *First things first. *Tech will start at the comp site by 7 am on Saturday. *When your teched, you will get your score card. *Tech stops when the drivers meeting starts. *After the meeting tech will resume, but it will cost the late drivers a 50. *Please be there early and make sure your car is in spec. *
The courses should be open by 8:30. *Once they are announced open, the 5 minute timer will start. *If no one runs the courses will close. *This will continue all day. *If we announce an open course and you have not run it, your best bet would be to get there and run. *Once a course is closed, its done for the day. *With only 3 courses open at a time I do not think it will be an issue, but please be advised. Please get in line and run your courses. *At 11:30 the judges will run a check and anyone who is not on their last course will forfeit that course. *There is no reason we cannot run everyone through in the time we have. *But it will require everyone’s cooperation.
*Pizza will be provided for lunch ( big thanks to JP Customs). *We will have some bottled water to go with it. *There will be trash bags on all courses, and anyplace else we can leave one. *Please pick up your trash. *It is a public park, and we would like to keep our access open to it. *ANYONE LEAVING TRASH BEHIND WILL FACE PENALTIES. *Please do your part.
*Lunch will be 30-45 minutes to give the judges a break. *Please be courteous to them. *They are helping you out of the kindness of their heart, because the couple of bucks they save by not judging is not worth it. *Without them, there would be no comp. *
*Awards will follow the afternoon courses, hopefully by 4:30. *Scale run to follow.
*
Remember to have fun.
*Thanks
Ted and Jeremy.
*
PS, once we get checked into the Hotel we will announce our room and anyone who wants to come by and grab their shirt can do so Friday night. *We will have tech sticks available at the same time if anyone wants to double check thier car will pass before Saturday morning. **
*
Any questions, drop me an email, pm me, or phone call. **
