***********The 2012 T.C.S. AZ Copper State crawloff ***********

Question, My son and I have redcat rs10 xt's, his is bone stock and mine has an R1 chassis, what class would we compete in? We have never crawled before (we race off-road r/c), this will be our first crawl comp., we won't even have our crawlers until Christmas day.

Sounds like 2.2 class
This is a professional level comp, but Do Not be afraid to come out and play!

We will do our best to help you and your son in any way and get you pointed in the right direction.

Most of all come out and meet some great folks and have some fun.

Your still off a bit. There's nothing stock about the 2.2 class :P

Read up on the specs he posted a link too, that'll give you the best idea where you need to be

I read them a few times (since my last post), pretty straight forward. I'll read them a few more times:mrgreen: I don't want to get out there and hear, "What is this dude doin'", lol!!

Awesome man, we are planning on it. I tend to "jump right in", I figure the worst that can happen is I'll learn something"thumbsup"

You have to start somewhere and there is more than enough drivers to help you out. I have been comping for about 3 years and I'm still learning myself. Ask any of these pros.:ror:

Don't be intimidated, bring what you have and everyone will find a way for you to have fun with them, this will be my first (actually 2nd) comp for me running my super and I will be bringing my2.2's also.
Just come and have fun, thats what it's all about, oh and a t-shirt .

Going to be concentrating mostly on cardio:) Probably won't drive an RC between now and then anyways.

Awesome! If my ADHD kicks in I'll have to just stop, pick up my junk and go back to the pits, lol!! When that happens when I race, I usually "send it" a few times and I'm good, that might not work out so good here.

This comp is coming up fast, but its awfully quiet in here. Are you guys spending all day practicing or what??

I was in, now I'm out. I lost my job so I won't be able to do very many fun things until I get something figured out.
