yep. Other criteria also need to be met as well. Won't know until we know...

Looks like the initial wave has come through. Still have about 11 pending so we will see if they time out or complete, but looks like we have 41 completed sales at this point.

Questions have come up regarding refunds.

Refunds will be given until January 31st for those people that need to cancel due to emergency, however the entries are TRANSFERABLE, so if you suddenly can't go, you are more than welcome to see if someone will buy it off you. After January 31st, 2009, no refunds will be issued as we need to lock down the financials of the event. Post it to this thread and chances are someone will pick it up from you.

If a refund does need to be done, refunds will be $45 since we have PayPal and Eventbrite fees that we get hit with. So it would be better and greatly appreciated if you could just transfer it to someone that wants to go. We will handle any of these transferred tickets the day of, however whoever you transfer your entry to, MUST bring a copy of the ticket.
