My buddy made his own a couple of years ago and it worked perfectly until he switched to Bergs this summer, but I think he already gave it to somebody else.

I would go with another shock setup than the msr10's. I had them when I first built my Ax, and they were bad. First I got home from the Lhs, and one shock shaft was bent from a seal'd package. Took them back and got another set. I should have known better, I could get them to work but no where near as nice as many other shock's i've built. Plus they were about 75$. Revo gtr's are my current setup and they are silky smooth.

forgive the bad cameramanship, got it done, didnt think i had it in me but i did the driveline dig and got it done, just have to make a stronger connecting link but it works, easy once i laid it all out,,,,and for those who want to read this for building one, there are better threads out there, this is my first build thread so im still working on the getting info to the keypad, so bare with me started by puting my nail in one male shaft half next i cut my other male shaft half to length, found out each setup is custom to your rig so that threw out having someone make one for me, and then after drilling it out so my male shaft JUST spins freely in it, put one of bushing in one ond of my pipe, then cut the female insert ( has to spin freely inside ) so you might have to cut a couple times to make sure the other end bushing doesnt put pressure on it once its together, on mine, the tranny side male shaft i cut out the grooves to match the lare grooves (so you only have a quarter turn to re-engage to 4 wheel drive. put it all together and once i put it on, it was ON and the rocks were \\\shakin'/// and here we have it, a little video |

Unfortunately with the 3.0 there is no mod for 3 position switch. You would either have to go to a DX3 (older model) or a DX3R. for 3 position dig.
